CULTURE EDUCATION PUBLISHERS is the authorized Agent and has the rights to distribute the following products exclusively in Hong Kong :

(All the aforesaid products, hereinafter collectively called ‘the Products’)
Our companies have not authorized any other company, individual nor the website/email address [ 親子王國 / Yahoo] to sell or distribute the Products or any part or parts thereof in Hong Kong.
We have recently discovered that, without our authorization, our Registered Trade Mark has been used on (Drama Book and Drama DVD) to be sold on the website [ 親子王國 / Yahoo ] and through the email address www.baby-kingdom.com and www.yahoo.com.hk (‘Unauthorized Items’). These Unauthorized Items are offered for sale or sold without our consent.
We reiterate that, the Products are to be distributed exclusively in Hong Kong by TIMES EDUCATION LTD. or CULTURE EDUCATION PUBLISHERS as particularized above. Our websites and email addresses are:
